1. After yesterday’s absolutely amazing run that found me a new trail, today was the total opposite. I was hit with a bad running day (all regular runners know what I’m talking about). I dragged through 2.5 miles like a bag of potatoes. After being initially mad about it, I am now glad I actually went out. I’d feel so much worse now if I hadn’t. Tomorrow is a new day.
2. I ate an awesome soup at a new place. Broth made from scratch and everything. I don’t know a lot of things that are more comforting than a good soup.
3. I have my favorite coffee and a snoring dog by my feet and the knowledge that tomorrow I will be sleeping in my own bed since 3 months.
